Please note these terms, conditions and visa instructions apply to all the participants and delegates attending the NICATISA 2025 Summit.

Terms and Conditions for Participants and Delegates of NICATISA 2025

  1. While the organizers will provide necessary support to facilitate visa applications, we do not guarantee or assure the approval of any visa.
  2. This event is intended for serious participants and should not be considered a fast track or shortcut to obtaining a Canadian visa.
  3. All participants must comply with Canadian laws and regulations, including immigration and business conduct rules, while attending the event.
  4. Participation fees are non-refundable once a visa has been issued.
  1. All participants requiring a visa must make full payment before July 17th, 2025.
  2. Participants whose visa applications are denied may be eligible for a refund, subject to the deduction of statutory visa fees and a $500 administrative fee.
  3. Cancellation 45 days before departure: 2500 per cancellation
  4. Cancellation 30 days before departure: Full package price is non-refundable
  5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, airfare purchases are non-refundable and no part of such amounts shall be reimbursed to any attendees canceling a booking.
  6. Payment done before May 15, 2025, attracts a 5% discount.
  7. A group booking of more than 3 people attracts a 7% discount. This offer is valid until May 15, 2025.
  8. The organisation is not liable for cancellation or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. If the organizer cancels the event, participants will receive a full refund with fewer visa and administration fees or can transfer their registration to the next edition.
  9. By registering, participants agree to allow NICATISA to use their personal information for event-related communications, networking opportunities and promotional activities.
  1. The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, sickness, loss or damage to personal belongings and hotel items during the event.
  1. Sponsors and exhibitors must comply with the event branding and advertising policy, and the organizers must approve any promotional materials.
  2. Participants must adhere to the event schedules and guidelines. Any disruption or misconduct will result in the removal from the event without a refund.

Participants must pay the full participation fees to qualify for visa processing. Only after payment confirmation (via our official email) will applicants be eligible to proceed with their visa applications.
